At the time your stylist selects your items, you will be charged a $20 styling fee. That $20 will be applied as a credit toward anything you keep from your shipment. You have 3 days from when you receive your fix to decide what items you want to keep and what you will return just drop in the pre-paid package they include and drop in the mail. I updated my profile and told my stylist that I needed new business casual clothes for my new job, fairly conservative as I'm in a management position. No capris, trying to avoid black tops (I have too many!) Price set for my Nov fix was too high for me.
 December FixWhile some of the items were cute, I was very disappointing in this fix as there was nothing I could wear to work. The price range was a bit lower than my first fix. I received a navy skirt, 2 3/4 sleeve see through blouses, a very long sweater, and brown cords. None of these items remotely came close to items I chose in my profile. I had said I don't like to show skin for my legs, and liked classic styles. It really made me question if the stylist even reads or reviews peoples preferences. |  These pants were way too long for me. I'm 5'3" and these would be more appropriate for someone 5'7" Entering your height is required when filling out your initial profile. Since nothing was work appropriate for me to keep I sent everything back, which meant I lost my $20 styling fee. I decided not to continue with this subscription. I've seen other reviews who were very happy with items they received, I however was not impressed. |
