Plated is a meal subscription service.  You can choose weekly, twice weekly or monthly.  They ship you all of the ingredients to make a delicious meal with easy to follow instructions. With membership price is $12 per plate or $15 A-la-Carte + $10 a month to be a member.  If you choose to not be a member then it is $15 per plate.  Get 2 plates free when you use my referral link!

This was pretty easy to make tasted pretty good. The salad dressing was not to my liking so I did end up adding my own. My husband made a salad out of his an didn't use the pita.

step by step recipe. Although I have never cut beets before, so I struggled to cut them into thin slices as the recipe called for. This one did seem a bit off. They included 2 Baguettes, but there was only enough goat cheese to put on one full baguette. The Champagne vinegar said one tablespoon, but there was more like 2 in the bottle.

I can never finish a full serving, this was half a baguette and I could barely finish my plate! I really liked the dressing with this one. My next grocery store visit will include a hunt for champagne vinegar. The goat cheese was amazing! It tasted so fresh. This dish was my favorite of the 2, plus we had leftovers for the next day!
