Each month delivered straight to your mailbox, you will receive a mix of 4-6 samples and full size products. If you like them you can purchase the full size product for yourself, and maybe a friend from their website. Since they believe it is truly better to give than to receive, BuddhiBox is committed to supporting non-profits. Each month they will pick a charity and donate proceeds from the sale of the boxes to them. Subscriptions as low as $25.95 per month. They also offer a quarterly jewerly subscription for $49.95 and a new essential oil subscription for only $14.95 per month.

Matcha provides the highest amount of antioxidants in any known superfood, it calms and relaxes your mind, improves you memory and concentration.	Yoga Pose Card I am not flexible enough to do this pose, but I can do a modified version.
Hanumanasana Also called Monkey Pose or Full splits, opens the hamstrings, quards, groin and hip flexors	Lassi Recipe I have not heard of a lassi drink before, I'm dairy free so I will have to try this will coconut milk.
