 IngredientsThis stuff is all around good for those sleepless nights. It has melatonin as the main ingredient to help you sleep, then it also has magnesium, manganese, zinc, potassium, etc. All of these combined work together to help you get sleep and replenish your body with vitamins & minerals. Also great to prevent charlie horses in the middle of the night. Both flavors tasted good, but lets be honest no medicine is suppose to taste great. Just mix with 4-6 oz of cold water and be ready for bed. |
